I did keep track of my food while gone but was too tired to enter it all last night. Got home just in time to run to choir and was wiped out by the time we were done. Now we're consuming some of the goodies I couldn't resist buying. At least I cut my turtle caramel roll in half (it was plenty!). I made good use of the exercise room at Sofitel a couple of the days; I love the nice elliptical there.


Food:

7:00 am Half turtle caramel roll, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:15 am Vanilla soy shake, pear, 70 g maple walnut mini-scone
3:00 pm Act II popcorn ball
6:30 pm 1 c chili, 1/8 c shredded cheddar, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/3 lemon tart




Exercise:

5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
5:35-6:10 pm Cardio Hula DVD
