Michael is starting to feel the strain of tech week. Having a 5 am start and an all-day bus trip to Milwaukee didn't make it any easier. Hope he hangs in there.

7:00 am 1 c Corn Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, cherry juice from concentrate, half grapefruit, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, large banana sliced in 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, slice pumpkin coffee cake
12:30 pm 5 g dark chocolate
2:45 pm Handi-Snack Sugar-Free Creamy Caramel pudding cup
6:30 pm 4 pc Chicago roll sushi, pickled ginger, iceberg lettuce & shredded carrots w/ginger dressing, 1 c miso soup, small serving beef sukyaki, lots of tea
