Preparation day today - finish getting the table area ready, bake pies and sweet potatoes, chop veggies, make cranberry relish. Think I might actually do a traditional green bean casserole with the dinner tomorrow. Most people like it. I'll plan on mac and cheese and broccoli for supper tonight when you and dad get back. I expect you'll get here around 6:30 or shortly thereafter.

7:00 am 1 c Corn Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, cherry juice from concentrate, half grapefruit, coffee
12:45 pm Chocolate soy shake, 101 g coffee cake
1:15 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
3:00 pm 1 Dove Promise
6:45 pm 1.5 c macaroni and cheese, 3/4 c broccoli, 12 oz light soy milk, 2"x2" mint brownie
