Decided to do the Morning Quickie Yoga routine when I got up so maybe in combination with ballet later, I'll hit the 10000 mark without need to hop on the treadmill too. We'll see.
Food:
8:45 am Chocolate soy shake, cherry juice from concentrate, small square cranberry cake w/butter sauce
12:00 pm 2 crepes, medium sliced banana, 1.5 tbl sour cream, 1.5 tbl brown sugar, coffee
5:45 pm 1 c chili, 1 tbl shredded cheddar, 58 g multigrain bread, 1 tsp margarine, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
