Brrr! I hate the quick transition from nice weather to cold. I want last Monday's 70 degrees back!
It was harder than usual to get up and exercise this morning, not from being too sore or tired, just hard to get moving.
Food:
7:00 am Blueberry soy shake, cherry juice from concentrate, half grapefruit, 52 g cranberry orange scone, coffee
11:30 am 8 pc spicy tuna roll, 1 pc salmon roll, 3 oz beef, 1 c cabbage, 1/2 c mushrooms, 1 tbl green onion, 1/4 c sprouts, stir fry sauce, tea
3:30 pm 1/4 pumpkin spice trail mix
6:45 pm 1 serving pork sausage casserole w/whole wheat noodles, 1 c asparagus, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:45 pm 54 g cranberry orange mini-scone
