Sat 14 Dec

Grandma is gone, hopefully back together with Grandpa and Mark and comfortable and happy. Now begins the work of settling affairs. I need to make a list of what all needs to be accomplished so I don't succumb to the temptation of just relaxing and reacting as things come up. Onward. However I do need to make sure I keep my exercise routine going. Food: 7:30 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c frozen blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 10:30 am 2 krumkake, grapefruit bellini
