Went to the grocery store last night to get stuff for making peanut clusters for the choir bake sale. A pumpkin kringle just sort of jumped into my cart. (BTW, it's delicious.)
I don't recommend pushing a 350-pound woman in a wheelchair in the snow, or throwing the extra-large chair in and out of the trunk of a larger car either for that matter.
Food:
6:45 am Slice pumpkin kringle, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, raspberry scone, med banana, 2 oz soy milk, 1 tsp sugar
12:30 pm 14 g dark chocolate super fruits
Exercise:
4:50-5:40 am Walk Off the Pounds DVD
3:20-4:35 pm Walk in snow with client
