New Years' Eve has arrived. (Along with a week of on call.) We are taking the chance that the pager might be silent awhile to go to Bernards early for roast goose. I hope sincerely that it is a quiet week.
Food:
6:45 am 52 g chocolate chip brioche, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g raspberries, coffee
12:00 pm Capon soup, 1 Effie's corn cake, vanilla soy shake
Exercise:
4:50-5:50 am Patricia Moreno Dance for Weight Loss DVD
10:00-11:45 am Walk to library and back with client (stop for soup)
