May the Fourth be with you! Looking very much forward to a few days off to hike in Door County, with some welcome sunshine and marginally warmer temps to boot! I cantor for church this morning and Dad ushers, but we will try to hit the road as soon as we change clothes and eat a little lunch. Food: 7:35 am Steel cut oats w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm 2 farm fresh large eggs, 36 g whole grain bread, 1/3 tbl butter 1 tbl marmalade, 132 g strawberries Exercise: 5:50-6:40 am Ballet DVD 6:40-7:15 am Salsa Dance DVD
