Happy May Day! Remember when I used to make little construction paper baskets to hang on your bedroom doorknobs with a little candy in them to celebrate the day. I miss that. Food: 6:40 am 1/2 c TJ's Blueberry Muesli, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 11:15 pm 1 Nature Valley Oat & Honey bar 12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, chocolate chip oat scone, sm pear 1:15 pm 1 Butterfinger Nest Egg 3:15 pm 1 Kopiko cappuccino candy 5:45 pm Sea Queen sundered tomato tilapia filet, sweet potato oven fries, 3/4 c cooked broccoli, 2 oz skim milk (all that was left) Exercise: 4:55-5:45 am Jane Fonda Fat Burners video 4:45-5:20 pm Jessica Smith Disco Walk YouTube
