Did pretty much nothing but sleep after the day of conferences yesterday, but feeling better rested today. Opted out of exercise for more sleep because I'm hoping not to collapse again at the end of today. We have the free tickets to the Soiree tonight, and I'd like to be awake enough to go. Food: 6:30 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries
