Made it through upper body and aerobics of Jane Fonda; could have finished lower body and mat but didn't want to have to rush rest of morning. Drainage appears to be thickening for what that's worth. Not so runny but slightly congesting. Energy okay at present. Food: 6:45 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, 1 tbl raspberry preserves, sm banana Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video
