TGIF! I was tired during exercise this morning. No particular good reason, but it was work to finish. It has been so nice that the insecticide we applied last summer seems to have continued to work so that the centipede population is considerably decreased. I am not so tense now when I go down to exercise which makes it more pleasant. Food: 6:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 10:45 am Small nectarine 11:45 am Caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, slice Omega 3 bread, 2 oz Dietz & Watson turkey, 108 g raspberries Exercise: 4:50-5:20 am Walking DVD 5:20-5:45 am Salsa Dance DVD
