Dinner last night was great! Small group - 12 diners, with a gentleman from the wine supplier who instructed us on the choices and a gal from the restaurant explaining the food. All was delicious! Food: 8:15 am Individual ham quiche, blueberry streusel muffin, 1/2 med banana, 10 oz OJ, coffee 12:00 pm Half 4-cheese grilled cheese sandwich 4:45 pm Half an apple cinnamon fig bar 8:30 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 101 g raspberries Exercise: 6:30-7:45 pm Hiking Rib
