The week goes on. This one seems to be lasting a long time. The beginning disappeared, but the middle is stretching out to make up for it. Perhaps it's just the grey skies this morning that make me feel that way. Food: 6:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 12:35 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice Omega 3 toast, 1 tbl PB, 100 g raspberries 1:30 pm 2 pc chocolate covered lebkuchen 6:30 pm 2 large slices Mama Cozzi's spinach feta pizza Exercise: 4:50-5:50 am Patricia Moreno Dancer's Body Workout DVD 5:15-5:55 pm Jessica Smith Belly, Buns, & Thighs YouTube
