Hopefully Patrick is coming this evening to do Pilates with us. We didn't hike last night, but we did walk through Schmeeckle to have dinner at PJ's. We should get 1-2 more Rib hikes in yet this week if possible. Food: 7:50 am Morning bun, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Slice 100% whole wheat toast w/butter & cider jelly, large peach, peach soy shake, Spruce veggie powder Exercise: 9:10-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
