A rainy Flag Day. Doesn't look like I'll be hanging my laundry outside today. Enjoyed the Thursday classes at the gym, and will try to make them a habit. I need the balance/stretching of Body Flow and I love the Zumba class. Food: 7:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 1:00 pm Steel cut oats, 1 tbl golden flaxseed, 2/3 svg PB Fit Chocolate Plus, 1/4 c TJs dried wild blueberries, 1/3 c soy milk, plum Exercise: 9:05-9:20 am Elliptical 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
