Back home and finding my routine again. Did add to my morning breakfast routine - 1/3 c plain Greek yogurt and a tablespoon or two of granola to add some protein to my usual pastry-and-blackberries breakfast.
Food:
7:50 am Caramel roll, 101 g blackberries, 1/3 c plain Greek nonfat yogurt, 1/2 svg granola, coffee
12:25 pm 2 hard boiled eggs, plum, chocolate knot
3:30 pm 1 c kettle corn
5:35 pm 2 slices leftover pizza, green salad
Exercise:
9:10-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
10:45-10:50 am Rowing machine
11:00-11:45 am Zumba class
1:10-1:55 pm Walk to library and back
