Another sunny warm day. Ran out of energy part way up the Rib hike yesterday so had to turn around earlier than planned. Could be a reaction to getting back into the gym routine on Monday. Was ravenously hungry when we got back and the brats had gone bad so Bob had to go out to Rocky's to get pizza as I couldn't function to cook anything else. Food: 7:50 am Pecan roll, 101 g blackberries, 1/3 c Greek nonfat yogurt, 1/2 svg granola, coffee 12:25 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl Jif, 1 tbl Bonne Maman Four Fruits, 160 g strawberries, Lipton diet iced tea 5:45 pm 1 c Simply Nature whole wheat spaghetti, 1/3 c tomato onion garlic sauce, poached duck egg, 1 tbl grated parmesan, mixed greens w/sliced strawberry Exercise: 9:00-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
