Rainy day today, on and off through the night and yesterday evening. Gym and Bootstrap today, and maybe I'll go across to St Paul's to help organize choir music this evening.

7:50 am Chocolate croissant, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:05 pm 2/3 c 2% cottage cheese w/chives, plum, 1 Nature Valley Oats & Honey granola bar
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Barre class
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
