Another lovely day, lots of sunshine. Doing a short walk with Kathy this morning, then off to the gym for Body Flow/Zumba. Need to pack for the weekend, but will likely do so tomorrow after the second laundry of the week.
Food:
7:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 1/3 c Greek nonfat yogurt, 101 g blackberries, 1/2 svg granola, coffee
1:40 pm Oui blueberry yogurt, cinnamon scone, peach
3:30 pm My Mochi chocolate
5:50 pm 8 oz Seattle cider
Exercise:
8:30-9:45 am Walk w/Kathy (with rest)
10:30-11:30 am Body Flow class
11:40-11:45 am Rowing machine
12:00-12:45 pm Zumba class
