Taylor's birthday today. First day of Hard Core Strength in lieu of Anna's Body Pump. Most people indicated they'd give it a try, so I guess I will, too. There's also a Pilates Fusion class at 10 that I plan to try. I expect to be sore tomorrow and/or Wednesday. The Hard Core class had us doing high knee lunges using the bench, jumping jacks, mountain climbers and burpees among many other things and the Pilates class, while not as fast-paced as Patrick's, included lots of bridges, modified teasers and a side series.
