Wow, I don't know if it's the weather or post-vacation reaction, but I have been so tired and almost dopey the last several days. I just can't seem to wake up and get with the program.

Delay leaving for camping - Rich's van is parked in front of the garage where the camper is kept and Dad can't rouse him. Hope we can get going soon so we can set up before dark.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Cranberry Vanilla Trail Mix cereal, 1.5 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, coffee
12:45 pm Chocolate soy shake, 1 slice oat bran bread, 6 slices shaved chicken breast, 1/4 cantaloupe
1:15 pm Chocolate chip cookie, fresh from oven
5:30 pm 1/2 mini-loaf blueberry bread, 5 oz roast beef, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/4 c beef gravy, 1 c swet corn, 20 oz fresh-squeezed lemonade
8:30 pm 3/4 Hershey bar, 2 graham crackers, 2 roasted marshmallows


Exercise:

6:35-7:05 Bike ride around campground
