Scale popped up this morning - depressing. Hopefully just water gain that will rescind in a day or two.
Food:
7:00 am Vanilla soy shake, 113 g strawberries, 1/4 c blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Salad w/1 bacon, 1 tsp pine nuts, 1 tbl ranch dressing, slice spinach egg bake
2:00 pm 32 oz PowerAde Zero Grape
7:00 pm 4 oz charred sugar-crusted Alaska salmon, 1/2 c yellow curry rice, 3/4 c sliced cucumbers, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
5:10-6:20 pm Yoga DVD including instructional section
