2:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, 1 c blueberries
6:45 pm Multigrain bagel, 2 oz turkey, slice lowfat provolone, romaine leaf, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 169 g strawberries, Hunt's Fat-Free tapioca pudding cup
Exercise:
5:50-6:40 pm Ball/band DVD
