Found out we will be staying at the Sapphire again in St. Maarten. I'm going to research the phone information tonight or tomorrow and will get it to you. You can call us there on the 800 number at no charge, so we need to arrange a time you could call that we will be in the room.
Boo hoo! My soy milk ran out tonight and I don't want to buy another one before we leave on vacation. I will miss having it tomorrow.

7:00 am 1/2 c Heritage granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 1/4 cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Large banana sliced in 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, vanilla soy shake
2:00 pm Starbucks espresso truffle
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
7:00 pm 2.5 oz salmon, 2/3 c sweet potato casserole, 1 c asparagus, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
6:15 am 2 sets each of 10 incline pushups and tricep dips
9:05-9:40 pm Cardio Hula DVD
