Walk Wisconsin today, and a beautiful day for it, at least in the morning. I'm ready and raring.
Walked with Ruth Kulas today. Weather deteriorated from the beautiful morning to on and off rain, but it was nice.
Food:
9:00 am Peach soy shake, 1/2 c blueberries
11:30 am-4:30 pm 2 orange slices, 2 tbl peanut butter, 5 triscuits, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 medium banana,2 tbl chocolate dip, 4 Ritz crackers, 1/4 pretzels, 2 fig bars, 1/4 chopped apples, 1/2 c trail mix, 1/2 turkey wrap, 1 slice watermelon, 2"x2" brownie, 8 oz root beer

11:10-4:45 pm 13.2 mile walk

At least you guys didn't get the tornadoes we had down here. That made for a fun afternoon.
