11:45 am 2 c coffee, 16 oz fresh-squeezed OJ, 1 large apple streusel pancake
2:30 pm Rice Krispie treat
6:15 pm Schwans Oriental Beef & Broccoli w/rice, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:45 pm 1.5 shots coconut/coffee/vanilla rum, square coffee cake
