3:45 pm 1 Dove egg
6:00 pm 4 oz mahi mahi, 2 tbl sundried tomato sauce, 1/2 c wild rice blend, 1/2 c steamed veggies, 1/2 breadstick, 1/4 c seaweed salad, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:00 pm 13 g dark chocolate
