Ah, back to reality. It was nice to spend a little time with you yesterday - glad we could coordinate it. Hope you like your island goodies.


Food:

7:00 am Vanilla soy shake, Dutch bun, coffee
11:45 am 6 pc sushi, small salad w/1 tbl ginger dressing, 2 oz beef, 1 c mushrooms, 1/2 c each cabbage/bean sprouts, 1/4 c onions, 32 oz iced tea
2:30 pm 1 Wintergreen LifeSaver
6:15 pm 9 cheese ravioli, 1/2 c Prego, 1 tbl shredded parmesan cheese, 1 Peach Medley applesauce cup, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:00 pm Hunt's Sugar Free chocolate pudding cup
