Now that you're settled a little into summer routine, how is it going for you? Are you able to find fun time in your week?


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Heritage granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, 1/4 medium cantaloupe, coffee
12:15 pm 1 slice Double Fiber toast, 1 tsp margarine, large banana sliced in 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, chocolate soy shake
1:00 pm 1 Riesen
6:30 pm Chicken breast, 1/2 twice baked potato, 1/4 c jasmine rice, 1 oz beef tips, 1/4 c pea pods, 1/2 c mixed vegetables, 2 wedges melon, 2 giant strawberries, 2 small slices pineapple, small piece chocolate pecan pie, 2 diet sodas
