Made it through step this morning so I have my five days' 10000+ in for the week. And my scale was down to 126.4 today! Less than 1.5 to go! I'm not worrying as much if my calories are slightly over the recommended level at this point. With the regular exercise, I seem to continue to move slowly toward the goal, and then I just need to maintain.
We'll give you a call when we hit town then tomorrow as we're expecting to get there around 2. That should allow time for Woodman's and a good lunch, and maybe a minute to run into the mall to check on some Hot Topic items on Michael's list that weren't at the Mpls store.

7:00 am 1/2 c Maple & Brown Sugar Trail Mix cereal, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, half grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, 89 g Roma tomato, 104 g iced raisin bread
1:00 pm 1 Riesen caramel
3:30 pm 2 wintergreen Lifesavers
5:30 pm 51 g homemade white bread, 51 g shaved turkey, 36 g cheddar cheese, 74 g sliced tomatoes, inner leaf romaine, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 67 g Gift of the Magi bread

I haven't weighed myself since the beginning of the semester. :P
I'm thinking I'll try to wrap things up by 2 tomorrow so I can hit Woodman's with you - I'm out of soy milk and running low on oatmeal, and I need some lunch ideas..
