I have a client that I'm covering til the new worker is hired who only needs to meet once a month and likes to get breakfast at the Olympic. Today I planned for it by just doing Greek yogurt, fruit and coffee. I'm hankering for oatmeal with cinnamon apples around 9:30 am.


Food:

7:00 am Chobani Peach 0% yogurt, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
9:45 am 1 c oatmeal, 1/4 c pecans, 1/4 c raisins, 2/3 c cinnamon apples in syrup, coffee
3:45 pm Small piece Abdallah milk chocolate
6:00 pm 4 oz white wine, 5 oz baked cod, 1 tsp melted butter, 2 potato pancakes, 1 tbl sour cream, 1/4 c applesauce, 3/4 c teriyaki green beans, 1/2 slice marble rye, half slice chocolate layer cake
