Back to work, but nice that it's only a 3-day week. Hopefully things have also slowed down just a tad from the hectic pace of the last couple of months. Tonight I have to get bags ready for the Easter Seal curbside pickup on Wed morning - easier than toting the bags to Goodwill. I plan to include things from the bags you sent home after the last couple of moves, so I need to sort through to decide if there are things I want to keep. If I had time, I'd go through some of my own things too, but there are only so many hours after work. I also need to prepare a cranberry waldorf for the Thanksgiving brunch at work on Tuesday, and I need to make sure I have everything I need to cook on Thursday, too.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 1 slice Trader Joe's Multigrain Fiber toast, .75 tbl Nutella (scraped bottom of jar), med orange
4:00 pm Leaf-shaped chocolate-bottom cookie
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
5:45 pm 1 c Zatarain's Caribbean rice w/3 oz chicken, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:00 pm Yoplait lemon parfait
