I was able to pass on the frosted long johns Dad brought home from Kwik Trip last night; I ate my normal healthy breakfast instead. Hopefully I'm not completely falling into bad eating habits again. Though I did remember during my exercise this morning that last Sunday, I was working out on the elliptical in preparation for the superb brunch at Sofitel!
I am so tired I can scarcely keep my eyes open, it's only 5:45 pm, and I'm supposed to go clean at Grandma''s house since we don't have evening choir practice tonight. I need a short nap or I won't make it.
Food:
8:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1 orange, coffee
11:45 am 3 oz sirloin steak, 2 eggs over easy, 2 pc homemade toast w/butter and orange marmalade, 1/4 c hash browns, 8 oz orange juice, coffee
3:45 pm Slice cinnamon streusel bread, chocolate chip cookie, frosted sugar cookie, peanut butter cup cookie, one other cookie
5:30 pm 3 oz rotisserie chicken, 1/2 c stuffing w 1 tbl gravy, 1/2 c sweet potatoes, 1 tbl cranberry chutney, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
