Mon 30 Nov

I am sorry to hear that the social part of the Richmond experience seems to be going sour, too. Please be cautious for signs of increasing depression and take steps to be sure it doesn't overwhelm you. Cap One must have and EAP program to offer counseling. Try to make a solid plan for what comes next so you can count off the days. Try also to find some fun things in Richmond to perk up your remaining days and give you some things to look forward to in the short term, be they more volunteer opportunities, movies or other activities with friends, hiking, etc. Let us know if there are things we can do to help. I love you!
