Actually feels good to get back to the exercise routine. Hopefully the work routine will also be good. It would be so good if this was a reasonably relaxed week at work; I'd settle for an absence of chaos. Perhaps there will be information on the damage to our benefits from the legislative bomb detonated last week.

11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice Nutty Oat toast, 1 tbl peanut butter, orange
4:30 pm 29 g TJ cinnamon grahams
6:30 pm 3.55 oz rotisserie chicken breast, slice Nutty Oat toast, 1 tsp olive oil spread margarine, large pear, 12 oz light original soy milk, 1/2 c Culver's egg nog brickle custard
