Dad and I had our fitness assessment at Adventure 212 last night. It consisted of an interview with a staff who asked about our fitness and nutrition habits and had us stand barefoot on a scale-like instrument that measures BMI, body fat, hydration level, weight, muscle mass, bone mass, etc. I was quite happy with my results. Everything was within the recommended ranges. I'd still like to drop that last weight, but it's nice to know I'm in healthy ranges.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 123 g strawberries, coffee
12:45 pm Blueberry soy shake, 182 g hothouse tomato, 55 g cinnamon roll, large orange
2:00 pm 1 Choceur After Dinner Mint
5:30 pm 6 oz Yuengling beer, 1 corn dog, 1 tbl ketchup, 1/2 c Steamfresh brown and wild rice w/corn, peas, and carrots, 2/3 c beets, 12 oz skim milk, 4 TJ dark chocolate stars
