Spring is here! Yeah, right. I hope you had a taste of somewhat warmer temps in California. I hear they're predicting snow for Tues and Wed here. At least it's time-limited now.
Starting to pay the price for having such a restful Sunday that I wasn't really tired enough to sleep well last night. I'm tired enough now!
Must have worked up a good appetite at the gym. I was starving when I got home and wolfed down leftover casserole, then decided I needed to eat the last cheese fry, too!
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 133 g strawberries, coffee
12:00 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice fig hazelnut bread, large orange
2:15 pm Moser Roth dark chocolate cranberry mini-bar
6:30 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1 c whole wheat penne, 1/8 c red pepper, 1/8 c onion, 2 tbl shredded Italian cheese, 1/4 c arrabiata sauce, Musselman's LIte Mixed Berry applesauce cup, 12 oz skim milk, 4 TJ dark chocolate stars
7:30 pm 1 leftover cheese fry
