Two days of conferences to look forward to, but at least I don't need to go back to the office any more this week. And the conference is just in Wausau in the newish Jefferson St Inn adjacent to the downtown mall so it should be a nice easy drive. It's a free conference and they're feeding me, so it's a way to get some training hours banked toward my next license renewal.

Sounds good for Saturday as long as the weather doesn't turn extremely nasty. We'll make more definite time plans as we get closer.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 133 g strawberries, coffee
9:00 am Small pastry, coffee
10:45 am Small pastry
12:00 pm Slice whole wheat bread, 3 oz roast beef lunchmeat, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 tomato slices, 2 leaves lettuce, small cup chicken noodle soup, 8 oz skim milk
2:30 pm 1/2 c Gardetto's snack mix
5:45 pm 1 pc chocolates
6:30 pm 4 oz grilled pork chop, 3/4 c mashed sweet potato, 8 grilled asparagus spears, 12 oz skim milk
