Nasty looking day out there, but hopefully this is it for March's nastiness, the big storm we always seem to need before spring can come. At least I hope it's the last.

Looks like it's only 2-3 inches after all, just a lot of blowing and drifting makes it look like more. Supposed to get another 1-3 today. Bring on spring!


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 131 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice TJ multigrain Country bread, 1 tbl Jif Omega-3 peanut butter, large orange
2:00 pm 1/4 c TJ cinnamon almonds
3:30 pm 1 pc Mediterranean matzos
4:00 pm 1 pc Witor's Noir Ciocolleto
7:30 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1 c whole wheat penne, 1/8 c red pepper, 1/8 c onion, 2 tbl Italian shredded cheese, 1/4 c arrabiata sauce, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 10 oz skim milk
