Did the Jane Fonda Original Advanced today and I feel whupped. I guess I didn't have as much energy as I thought, but I made it through so I'll be working my way back.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice TJ multigrain country bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, orange
3:00 pm Small chocolate frosted cake donut w/sprinkles
6:15 pm 2.5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c chopped red pepper, 1/4 c chopped onion, 1/2 c arrabiata sauce, 1/8 c Italian shredded cheese blend, 1 c whole wheat penne pasta, Raspberry Acai applesauce cup, 12 oz skim milk, Yoplait chocolate raspberry parfait
