Thurs 3 Mar

Dug out an old Thighs of Steel that I haven't done often. Good energetic aerobic section and lots of abductor work. I can still feel it.

I see that they managed to get a judge to order the Capitol cleared of remaining protestors and signs because they found live ammo rounds strewn around the grounds. Nobody seems to know which side left it laying around to be found. I have my suspicions.



Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 76 g blueberries
12:45 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice Nutty Oat toast, 1 tbl peanut butter, small banana
2:15 pm Moser Roth dark chocolate cranberry mini-bar
3:45 pm 3 pizzelles
7:00 pm 9 pc leftover maki sushi
8:00 pm Med orange, 4 oz Oikos fat free plain Greek yogurt, 2 Toll House brownie bites
