It was fun to have a real snow for our first taste of the season yesterday. I am, however, prepared to let it melt and wait awhile til the next installment, preferably after our Minneapolis trip next week.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 133 g strawberries, coffee
11:30 am Slice maple walnut apple coffee cake
12:45 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 2 slices cinnamon raisin toast, 2 tsp soft margarine, large Fireside apple w/cinnamon sugar
5:30 pm 1 c whole wheat spaghetti, 3 oz extra lean ground beef, 1/2 c arrabiata sauce, 1/8 c onions, 1/4 c green pepper, 1/2 tbl shredded parmesan, 12 oz skim milk, Jello Mousse Temptations chocolate mint
