I don't do the Kathy Smith workout often because she overloads the muscles enough to make them sore. I'm feeling it already.

Gotta plan to come home tonight and bake pies, chop veggies, start cranberries. Hope the pager doesn't demand too much time. I spent an hour yesterday evening on a call.

I was thoroughly confused by your response yesterday until I finally realized today that I was not clear that I was asking about your piano keyboard. Do you know what brand/model it is and do you have any recommendations regarding a PIANO keyboard for Michael?

Busy afternoon. Tired. Two pies, prep for cranberry salad, prep veggies for stuffing and baking sweet potatoes still to go tonight.



Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, 2 slices cinnamon raisin toast, 2 tsp soft margarine, clementine, Babybel gouda
3:15 pm 1/2 pkg Trader Joe's seaweed snack
5:30 pm Super slice Rocky's Rococo-style pizza, 12 oz skim milk, leaf-shaped cookie

Ohhhhhh. Got it.

I don't know which model I have, and undoubtedly it's not actually still in production. But what I really appreciate is having a complete 88-key setup, fully-weighted keys, and sufficient polyphony that I can play an actual chord - by which I mean it's not like those older keyboards that would crap out if you played more than three notes at a time.
