Seem to have some kind of intestinal bug going on today, but so much necessary stuff on work schedule that staying home is not an option. Hopefully the addition of a protective layer and heightened awareness will suffice to keep things under control, at least until I get my problem child resettled back in her apartment in Rosholt. Need to think positive.
Even surprisingly had time to come home for lunch, albeit at 1:15. I'm even going to squeeze in a quick nap.
Too tired after taking Grandma to Mass to eat a regular supper. Need sleep.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 77 g raspberries, coffee
11:15 pm 2 chocolate pizzelles
12:45 pm Cranberry muffin
1:15 pm Bowl chicken soup, 10 oz skim milk
2:15 pm 20 g angel food candy
7:30 pm 1 c Sweetened Wheatfuls, 1/2 c light original soy milk
