My scale is down a bit, finally under 140 for the first time in many months.  I do realize it may be a result of the intestinal issues, but the first weigh-in after vacation on Monday was still above 140 so it has been during this week of (mostly) getting better that it has started to fall.  I am hopeful that this is the start of a body response to cutting back on sugar and increasing the intensity of my exercises.  This week I have been back to lower intensity because of an overall lack of energy, but I did a somewhat more intensive one today.
Food:
6:45 am    1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 149 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am    Blueberry soy shake, hot cross bun, large orange
4:30 pm    11 TJ's wine crackers
6:45 pm    6 oz Naughty Girl red wine, 8 oz bay scallops, 8 oz asparagus, 1 c whole wheat spaghetti, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbl lemon juice, 12 oz skim milk
