Thurs 29 Mar

I was really exhausted by about mid-day yesterday. Made it through the afternoon at work, took a brief nap when I got home. Dad suggested half-price sushi night at Tokyo which was easy enough to digest and work-free, then I came home and crawled in bed at 6:45 pm. It was a good choice as I feel more energetic today. Still not quite back to normal, but okay.


Food:

6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 159 g strawberries, coffee
9:45 am Hot cross bun
1:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, Country Hearth English muffin, 1 tbl peanut butter, large orange
7:00 pm 2 grilled lamb chops, 1/2 c grilled chopped potatoes, 1 tbl grilled onions, 1/4 tbl butter, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz skim milk
