I have my physical this morning with Dr. Munck.  Need to 'fess up to the weight remaining about 15-20 lbs higher than it should be and still not having scheduled a colonoscopy in spite of encouragement the last three physicals.  This year he suggested Dad get one, too.  I suppose I'll have to bite the bullet and put it on the schedule.  I'm not really dreading the procedure as much as the fact that, with 3-5 days of diet changes plus the last day of prep and a day of recovery, it's daunting to find a chunk of your schedule that will accommodate it.  
Had a hankering for enchiladas ever since you talked about the sauce reminding you of something.  We'll be having them for supper shortly.
Had a phone message from Christianah last week.  We have a rendezvous to talk on the phone tonight after 6:30.

7:00 am   1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 97 g blackberries, coffee
12:30 pm    Vanilla soy shake, Country Hearth English muffin, 1 tbl Peter Pan Whipped PB, orange
6:00 pm   Enchiladas, raspberry/cranberry sauce cup, 12 oz skim milk
