Continuing to feel better again. Hoping you are not too stressed yet with the busy season ramping up. If you have any ideas what you'd like for your birthday yet, please keep me apprised. What con do you have this weekend?

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 129 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, Country Hearth English muffin, 1 tbl guava jam, large orange, 4 oz Activia prune yogurt
4:00 pm Nature Valley Oats N Honey granola bars (2 pack)
5:30 pm 150 g spinach ricotta ravioli, 1/2 tbl butter, garlic, 1/3 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk
